Check in time is after 4pm. Check out is 10am.
$300 reservation/security deposit is required to hold all reservations. This is in addition to the rental fee and is held for damages and other charges. If applicable, it is fully or partially refunded after your stay. Damage to premises will be charged. Normal wear and tear is not. Missing pillows, blankets, supplies, etc. will be charged at the rate posted at The Cabin.
$35 per day, per pet, no exceptions. If you bring a pet without notice, the fees will be deducted from your deposit.
All payments are accepted through Paypal.com. Invoices are emailed. Rental fees are due in two installments.
1st installment due when you book the stay and the 2nd 30 days before stay.
No refunds for cancellations or changes after cabin is booked.
