2013 RENTAL RATES
All rates are based on 12 person occupancy. Additional fees apply for each person over 12. All people are counted, including children and ones not staying for the full time.
• 2 night minimum charge. All rates include taxes,
fees, and housekeeping
(except for quick changeovers.)
• Check in time is after 3pm. Check out is 12 noon.
• 24 hour between guests. If the changeover is less
than 24 hours either before or after your stay or
both, there is a $300 housekeeping fee for each
changeover and check in time will be later and/ or
checkout time will be early.
• $300 reservation/security deposit is required to
hold all reservations. This is in addition to the
rental fee and is held for damages and other
charges. If applicable, it is fully or partially
refunded after your stay. Damage to premises will
be charged. Normal wear and tear is not. Missing
pillows, blankets, supplies, etc. will be charged at
the rate posted at The Cabin.
• Pets are welcome--$ 200 security deposit, $25
per day, per pet, no exceptions. If you bring a pet
without notice, the fees will be deducted from

Invoices are emailed. Rental fees are due in two
installments. The first is 60 days before check in,
the second is 30 days before. No refunds for
cancellations or changes after 60 days before
check in. Security deposits are nonrefundable in
the event of cancellation.
• The Cabin at the Crossroads in independently
owned and operated. We are not responsible for
injury or illness to guest or loss of guest property
while staying or visiting The Cabin.
